Balance

As one of my earliest drawings, this abstract, image conveys a powerful emotional tension—a reflection of, what I now realize is, my personal struggle with being autistic in a world built for neurotypicals. The mask speaks to the feeling of hiding or adapting, while the pendulum captures the ongoing search for equilibrium amidst internal and external challenges. This artwork is a raw, poignant expression of identity, resilience, and the complex journey toward self-understanding and acceptance.
