Change of Mind Returns
Original art is final sale and cannot be returned. All other items may be returned within 14 days from receipt of the package. Item must be in original, undamaged condition with packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the print is returned in its original tube or flat mailer to prevent creasing. Store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be provided once the item has been received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
